As a lot of us have restrictions because of the global pandemic of the Corona Virus (COVID-19), some of us aren’t allowed out of our own houses and certainly not the gym. So what can we do and how do we keep fit and healthy? Well, here it is, a home workout with NO equipment required whatsoever. It’s ideal for those in isolation and is suitable for everyone.
 

The programme includes workouts for all fitness levels – One entry-level workout ideal for newcomers to fitness, those who want to get moving a bit more and for those with less mobility. There are two intermediate and advanced workouts also, suitable for people with experience in fitness with little to no mobility issues. There are also meal plans included for Carnivores, Vegetarians and Vegans and a fitness schedule for the weeks ahead.

As an athlete, Keith has always been in the gym as part of his off-water fitness training. Now a highly experienced magazine featured Fitness Professional, he takes a fun approach to Personal Training, with the aim to help as many people as possible, both in person and online through his YouTube Channel. As fitness and nutrition is extremely important for your wellbeing, the most effective way to live a long and healthy life is through a well-balanced diet and an effective exercise plan.

Keith knows first hand what it takes to reach your goals and be super healthy. He can help you structure a plan to reach your goals, during which time to help keep you motivated.
