Now a highly experienced magazine featured Fitness Professional, he takes a fun approach to Personal Training, with the aim to help as many people as possible, both in person and online through his YouTube Channel. As fitness and nutrition is extremely important for your wellbeing, the most effective way to live a long and healthy life is through a well-balanced diet and an effective exercise plan.

Keith knows first hand what it takes to reach your goals and be super healthy. He can help you structure a plan to reach your goals, during which time to help keep you motivated.

THE TRAINING FACILITY

Keith offers 1-2-1 training at a private gym and day spa in the heart of Windsor. Set right on the River Thames by the Sir Christopher Wren Hotel, named The Wren’s Club. The facility offers an exclusive feel, with quality Cardio, Resistance and Functional Training equipment for varied workouts. 

Alongside the fitness facilities the Wren’s Club offers a peaceful courtyard with an open-air whirlpool spa and sauna, and a wide range of tempting spa treatments and packages. The Wren’s Club is an ideal gym to become a member of if you live or work in Windsor or Eton. You can stop by before work for a cardio session, pop in at lunchtime to lift some weights, and drop in on the way home to unwind in the Jacuzzi.

In an ideal world, everyone would have a full-time personal trainer for that added support and motivation, but in the real world this is not possible for everyone’s budget.
