ABOUT: KEITH ATKINSON
I have always been passionate about sport & fitness, from my background as a professional full-time athlete in Windsurfing, when I wasn’t on the water training or competing, I was training in the gym. Fitness has always been a big part of my life. From the age of 16 I worked with Personal Trainers to help get me to the next level, and was a fundamental part in my success.
I always thought during that time that one day I’d love to help other people with their fitness levels, not just sports people, but everyone. After studying and qualifying as a Personal Trainer, I felt it was a real game-changer for me as I was able to share my passion and help other people effectively. It’s when my first client got great results and reached their goals that I felt the buzz. I love to help people.
Beyond my Personal Training with clients, I have been able to influence fitness through Magazines and Social Media (@keithatkinson_) with guidance on accessible home & gym exercises and workouts to motivate people on their individual fitness journeys. It really is this that drives me forward and inspires me to continue to grow and develop my fitness workouts so more people can enjoy the benefits of a healthier, happier lifestyle.
