MY STORY

“Since I was very young, fitness training has been an integral part of my career as an athlete. Being fit, strong and healthy is a massive part of my success and reaching certain personal goals in my sport. This experience gave me great fundamental knowledge on how to train effectively and get great results, which I can relate back to my clients to help them.

I like to take a fun approach to fitness, whether in-person or online. There are no expectations from you, so no need to feel self-conscious, we start from where you are right now, and we build with a stepping stone method
