We can move between the gym, home or park training where necessary.
Any 1-1 in-person Personal Training sessions are performed within the government guidelines.

PERSONAL TRAINING

ONLINE  1-1

Online Training is a safe and very effective way to train remotely 1-2-1 with the guidance from a trainer. All sessions start with a full warm-up, workout, cool down and stretch all tailored to your goals and individual abilities, with technique tips and guidance throughout. This is all done with the use of the SKYPE Platform. 

Online PT will also save you a lot of time, give you more flexibility about where and when to do your workout and is ideal if you want to keep an eye on the kids for example or be back at your desk within the hour. Also an ideal option for those working from home, in isolation or any other restrictions you may have for training sessions. There are also no restrictions with where you are based, get in touch and find out more. 

IN PERSON  1-1

If you’re based in or around Windsor in Berkshire, UK, you can arrange sessions in person 1-1, where Keith will be armed with a bag full of fitness equipment. The sessions can be held either at your home, garden or a local green outdoor space, the perfect environment for an energetic, high endorphin session.

Once you have chosen your desired Personal Training package, it’s time to get in touch with Keith to book your FREE 45 Minute Consultation.

Get in touch and detail your specific goals and any barriers you have experienced that have prevented you from reaching your goals in the past. Keith will need to understand this to effectively create a bespoke strategy to move forward.

STEP 2: YOUR FREE CONSULTATION

You will receive a complimentary 45-minute consultation online before we get started on your fitness sessions. Here we can discuss your needs and goals in more detail. 

STEP 3: LET’S GET STARTED!

Your details and current fitness level will be assessed after the consultation to ascertain the best program for you to get the best results. We then book in your sessions and get you started on your fitness journey!
