Once you have chosen your Personal Training package,
it’s time to get in touch with Keith to book your FREE 45 Minute Consultation.

STEP 1: LET’S TALK GOALS

Get in touch and detail your specific goals and any barriers you have experienced that have prevented you from reaching your goals in the past. Keith will need to understand this to effectively create a bespoke strategy to move forward.

STEP 2: YOUR FREE CONSULTATION

You will receive a complimentary 45-minute consultation before we get started on your fitness sessions. Here we can discuss your needs and goals in more detail. 

STEP 3: LET’S GET STARTED!

Your details and current fitness level will be assessed after the consultation to ascertain the best program for you to get the best results. We then book in your sessions and get you started on your fitness journey!
